Decision

1Having heard the submissions of the parties in regard to remedy flowing from my decision of October 31, 2011 and pursuant to Article 22.16 of the Collective Agreement, I hereby order the Employer to pay the Grievor the sum of $13,000.00 less all mandatory deductions. I further order the Employer to cease any payroll deductions for any absences of the Grievor for the period from March 18, 2009 to the last date that the Grievor worked at the Toronto East Detention Centre.
