Decision
1As part of the systemic remedies ordered in this matter, an investigator was appointed to review the Ministry’s investigation of the racist letters referred to in previous decisions. The investigator has provided an oral interim report that will remain confidential to the parties and to me. As a consequence of that report the review will continue to be completed as soon as possible, though not later than May 31, 2012, by which date the investigator will provide a written report of the review. Once the investigator’s written report of the review is received and considered, I will issue a further decision.
