Decision

1As a result of the mediation/arbitration process, pursuant to Article 22.16 of the Collective Agreement, which took place in London, Ontario on February 22, 2012 and based on the submissions of the parties, I hereby direct the employer to reinstate seven (7) vacation days into the grievor`s vacation bank and to pay to her $5000.00, upon production of receipts, for medical expenses she has incurred.

2In the event that the parties have any difficultly with interpretation or implementation in this matter I shall remain seized.
