Decision
1This matter came on for hearing on February 9, 2912. At that time the parties dealt with a claim by the grievor pursuant to article COR14 for indemnification of his civil and criminal legal expenses arising from the incident of September 21, 2010. The Union has provided the Employer with an estimate of the amounts involved, which deals with all outstanding indemnification issues.
2Having heard the submissions of the parties, I hereby order that the Employer reimburse the grievor his civil and criminal legal costs pursuant to article COR14 upon the provision by the grievor of receipts for the payment of same. This order is made without precedential value and pursuant to article 22.16.
3I remain seised to deal with any implementation issues arising from this decision.
