Decision

Having heard the submissions of the parties, I order as follows:

1The following OPSEU files are consolidated and are to be heard together:

2009-0546-0034; 2009-0546-0042 and 2010-0546-0018. These are job competition cases;

2The Employer is hereby ordered to make disclosure to the Union in the usual form for job competition grievances;

3The Union’s particulars will be provided by way of the grievor’s viva voce evidence;

4The Employer will be afforded an adjournment, if requested, when the Union’s particulars have been established;

5Either party may raise any further, or other, procedural matters as required;

6These matters are to be scheduled for hearing by the registrar.
