Decision

1The union is hereby directed to provide to the employer, not later than February 3, 2012, full particulars of its claim arising out of the instant grievance. It is similarly directed to furnish copies of all documents upon which it intends to rely in these proceedings.

2Once the union has complied with this direction, it may, should it view it as necessary, make appropriate requests for disclosure from the employer. If there are any issues in that regard, I may be spoken to and, if necessary, a teleconference can be arranged through the Registrar.

3The Registrar will be issuing a Notice of Proceeding indicating that this matter will continue on April 3, 2012.
