Decision

1Having heard the submissions of the parties, the Board hereby orders Sharona Freudmann of Brainsell Consulting Inc. to produce the entire investigations file in relation to Mr. Christopher Ewing (File# 2008-OT-19) to Mr. Suneel Bahal within five (5) business days of this order. This production order includes but is not limited to any investigator notes, witness statements, correspondence, recordings of interviews or any other documents provided to or created by Sharona Freudman or Brainsell Consulting Inc. in relation to this investigation. Upon receipt of this produced material Mr. Bahal shall provide copies to Mr. Eric Del Junco.
