Decision

1Without prejudice or precedent, the parties have agreed that, in accordance with paragraph 8 of the Minutes of Settlement dated April 9, 2009, management will distribute a hard copy of Schedule A to all employees who worked at the ODSP Mississauga office on April 9, 2009.

2Schedule A will be printed on Ministry letterhead and signed by management and the stewards, Carole Durrant and Sharon Williams. Management will distribute copies by March 15, 2011 and will also post the signed document from March 15 to April 15, 2011 on the wall or on the employer’s bulletin board in the kitchen at the Brampton and Mississauga ODSP offices.

3In order to meet the timelines agreed to, management will send a signed copy of the document to the stewards by March 1, 2011 and the stewards will return a copy with their signature by March 7, 2011.
