Decision

1This is a matter involving the discharge of Ms. M. Raza. A matter remains outstanding with respect to the disclosure of documents. The documents in question are in the possession of the investigator assigned to investigate Ms. Raza’s WDHP complaint. Having regard to the written request from the parties, I hereby direct Sharona Freudmann (Brainsell Consulting Inc.) to provide forthwith to Employer counsel, Jennifer Richards, the following:

(1) All notes taken by the investigator in connection with Ms. Raza’s WDHP investigation, including interview notes with Ms. Raza and any respondent or witness.

(2) Any other documentation of statements made by Ms. Raza, by any respondent, or by any witness gathered during the course of the investigation.
