Decision

1The following confirms directions given at a conference call between the parties on April 7, 2011.

2The arbitration scheduled for April 8, 2011 is adjourned.

3The Union is directed to provide the Employer with particulars of the grievance, including:

• What actions or inactions of the employer are alleged to contravene the collective agreement and any applicable legislation such as the Human Rights Code, including particulars of any relevant discussions;

• The names of any person involved in the events or discussions;

• The dates of the events or discussions;

• The place the events or discussions occurred;

• The remedy or remedies sought for the alleged contraventions.

4The particulars must be delivered to the Employer by May 13, 2011.

5The parties may contact me with respect to setting new arbitration dates following delivery of the particulars.
