DECISION

1The parties entered into Minutes of Settlement on October 20, 2010 resolving the matters in issue between them. I was seized with any dispute concerning the interpretation, implementation or alleged violation of this Agreement.

2An issue arose over the timing of the payment of an amount which the parties had characterized as a "retiring allowance".

3Having heard the submissions of the parties, and the parties having consented to an Order to be given without reasons, I hereby Order that the payment of the retirement allowance as set out in the Minutes of Settlement be paid forthwith.
