1The grievor made a request to be assigned to the position of Senior Records Clerk at the Toronto Jail pursuant to Article 8.6.3 of the Collective Agreement.

2The request was denied and became the subject of a grievance filed on July 23, 2007.

3Having heard the submissions of the parties, I direct that the Grievor be assigned to the position of Senior Records Clerk at the Toronto Jail on a permanent basis effective February 9, 2010.
