1At the hearing in the above noted matter, the parties asked me to issue the following as a consent order.

2On consent the parties agree that the Employer will cease and desist all criminal records checks of Local 1750 bargaining unit employees including investigators in Regulatory Services until December 20, 2010.

3Arbitrator Mikus will remain seized with respect to this grievance.
