HEARING

Decision

1A Union grievance is before this Board regarding the proper payment of overtime to certain Correctional Officers.

2At the hearing I ordered the following:

(a) By December 1, 2010, both parties will exchange all documents including grievances, settlements, grievance withdrawals, emails, correspondence and memos relating to the distribution of overtime to Unclassified/Fixed Term employees under the provincial overtime protocol.

(b) By February 1, 2011, both parties will exchange any document which relates to documents discussed under paragraph (a) above.
