Decision
1Having heard the submissions of the parties, I am satisfied that the Ministry is in substantial compliance with my previous Decision, issued October 23, 2009.
2To ensure full compliance, I Order as follows:
The Ministry will credit Mr. Khan with 4 vacation days and 1.5 short term sick plan days, within the next 45 days;
Mr. Khan will be permitted until October 29, 2010 to identify any specific errors in the calculation of the previous award of a retroactive lump sum payment.
3Mr. Khan must raise any other outstanding issues with respect to ongoing accommodation requirements that arose after January 8, 2010 by filing a fresh grievance.
4I will remain seized with respect to any issue that might arise as a result of the implementation or interpretation of this Decision.
