1On consent of the Parties, on a without precedent or prejudice basis, the Board orders:

2The attached memorandum of settlement dated September 7, 2010 is made an order of the Board on consent of the parties.

3The Parties agree that the terms of this Memorandum of Settlement shall be kept confidential and that the contents will not be disclosed to any person except for the Grievors’ immediate family or financial advisors, and as required to implement the terms of this agreement and as required by law.

4The Parties agree that Vice-Chair Abramsky will remain seized if any issues regarding the implementation or interpretation of this Memorandum of Settlement should arise.
