Decision
1The dispute referred to arbitration in this matter includes allegations that the Complainant was subjected to discriminatory treatment contrary to the Workplace Discrimination and Harassment Prevention Policy (the “Policy”).
2The Employer has acknowledged that in the course of her employment the complainant was subjected to discriminatory treatment contrary to the Policy. The Employer has taken steps to remedy this situation.
3The parties and the complainant have come to agreement on mutually acceptable terms for settlement of the dispute referred to arbitration in this matter.
4Accordingly, these proceedings are hereby terminated.
