DECISION
1The parties referred these grievances to mediation/arbitration in accordance with Article 22.16 of the Collective Agreement as well as the Corrections Med/Arb Protocol. The grievances were filed in 2009 and involve the issue of discipline.
2At the outset of the hearing, the parties agreed that I exercise my jurisdiction to decide this matter, and requested that I issue a decision, without reasons.
3Having carefully reviewed the evidence presented and the submissions of the parties, I find as follows:
I order the parties to comply with the attached order of the Board (Appendix A to this decision), which is to remain confidential to the parties.
4I remain seized.
