Decision

1The Board makes the following order:

2The Union shall furnish particulars to the Employer outlining the who, what, when, and where of the facts to be relied upon in respect of all two of Mr. Hord’s grievances. This is to include any relevant medical reports as well as the provisions of the collective agreement and any other employment-related legislation alleged to have been violated, as well as the remedies sought.

3The foregoing particulars are to be provided to the Employer no later than March 19, 2010.
