Decision

1The Employer will provide full disclosure of the following items by February 19, 2010;

• -full copy of the successful applicants resumes and/or applications

• -full copy of the successful applicants answer sheets in the competition with marking / scores

• -copies of any other documents the Employer intends to raise and/or rely on at arbitration.

2The Union will provide full particulars of the facts and allegations they will rely on at arbitration upon receipt of the disclosure, and no later than March 12, 2010.

3It is understood the Employer may raise addition documents it intends to rely on after receipt of Particulars.

4The Employer will advise the Union formally of any preliminary objections at least two weeks prior to the hearing date of April 7, 2010.
