Decision
1The parties came before me today for an interpretation of a memorandum of settlement entered into on November 5, 2009. One of the obligations in this memorandum was for the payment of a sum of money by the employer. The employer has acknowledged that this payment has taken too long to process and has expressed regret about that delay. I hereby order that the payment be made forthwith with interest.
Dated at Toronto this 19th day of February 2010.
