Decision

1Having regard to the submissions of counsel, I hereby direct as follows:

1. The union is to provide the employer, not later that March 10, 2010, with full particulars of its claim in this case and to produce to the employer, within the same time frame, copies of all documents upon which it intends to rely in support of its claim.

2. Within six weeks of receipt of the above particulars and documents, the employer is to provide the union with copies of all documents upon which it intends to rely.
