Decision
1AMAPCEO brought a motion seeking damages from the Ministry of Health and Long-term Care for non-compliance with minutes of settlement dated December 15, 2008. The association requested an order for production of documents which the employer did not oppose. The employer is directed to produce:
2For the period from November 26, 2008 to September 23, 2009, all documents, including correspondence and electronic documents, concerning the Ministry’s past and future relationship with ** Chan and **Ryan and concerning compliance with the settlement; and
3Without limiting the generality of the foregoing:
All secondment agreements and documents about the cost of secondment relating to **Chan and ** Ryan
All documents concerning**Chan and ** Ryan dealing with termination, proposed termination, unclassified contracts, classified positions, the employer production of July 27, 2009 and the letter from Gary Gannage dated July 30, 2009.
