HEARING

DECISION
1At the commencement of the scheduled hearing today, the employer filed a copy of a summons and supporting affidavit of service directing Cole Jensen to attend and give evidence in these proceedings.
2Mr. Jensen was not in attendance. The parties consequently agreed to adjourn the proceedings for today.
3The employer requested that I issue an order directing; Mr. Jensen to attend at the next day of hearing, Thursday September 10, 2009.
4I note that the summons served on Mr. Jensen directed his attendance at the Board on Wednesday September 9, 2009 and Thursday September 10, 2009 and to remain to reattend until his attendance is no longer required.
5I hereby direct Mr. Jensen to attend at the hearing in this matter on Thursday September 10, 2009 and on Friday October 16, 2009 and thereafter on scheduled hearing days until his attendance is no longer required.
6The employer has undertaken to serve a copy of this order on Mr. Jensen.
