1This decision amends paragraph [16] of the decision dated January 7, 2009. The last sentence in paragraph [16] is deleted and is replaced with the following sentence: “Accordingly, the Article 42.10 issue raised by Mr. Samone’s grievance dated February 25, 2008, is dismissed. Any of the remaining issues that arise from this grievance remain outstanding.”
