Decision

This order amends one dated January 16, 2007, in relation to lists to be provided by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care for divisions or branches for which AMAPCEO gives notice after May 12, 2008. The earlier order is amended by replacing paragraph 1 of Appendix "C" with the following provision:

The Employer shall provide to AMAPCEO an updated list of all persons not formally designated as employees, who regularly attend at one or more sites controlled by the employer, for a total period of more than ninety days as defined below. Total number of days shall include:

(a) the number of calendar days from the commencement of the period of actual engagement to the date of AMAPCEO' s notice under paragraph 2 of the decision; plus

(b) the number of calendar days between the date the notice was given and the projected end of the engagement as specified in the contract or other applicable document in existence on the date the notice was given.
