Decision
The union’s objection to the introduction of Ex. 33 (marked for identification) and to questions surrounding the grievor’s 2002 strike activity is sustained. As a corollary to that, any evidence in examination-in-chief (and the particulars) regarding the grievor’s strike activity will be stricken from the record. What occurred, or did not occur, during the strike is not relevant to the issues in dispute.
