I note that one of the issues to be addressed in argument is whether pursuit of any of the claims made in any of those grievances is precluded, in whole or in part, by the present provisions of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act or by the provisions of that or any predecessor legislation in force when the grievance was filed or the claim that is the subject of the grievance arose.
