Interim Decision
Upon hearing submissions of Counsel for the Union, and Counsel for the Board, and after hearing from Mark Crowley, the Grievor’s brother who also spoke on her behalf, and without making any ruling as to the standing of Mark Crowley, it is hereby ordered that:
The Union is to advise the Board which claims and remedies that it wishes to advance by no later than April 25, 2008;
The Union is to provide particulars in support of its claim to the Board by no later than May 26, 2008;
The Board is to determine by no later than June 26, 2008 whether there are any outstanding issues relating to the production of particulars;
If there are any outstanding issues relating to the production of the particulars, the Board shall advise the Registrar that it wishes the Registrar to arrange for a date at which such issues may be heard;
If there are no issues arising after June 26, 2008, either party is at liberty to advise the Registrar to set the matter down for mediation or hearing.
