Decision
There are over 200 grievors in this matter alleging, inter alia, that the addition of a "z" to their email accounts and/or being added to the Tracking Protocol is a breach of the collective agreement. The employer seeks particulars from the union of the alleged damages or losses of each grievor in this matter. Having carefully considered the submissions of the parties, the union is hereby ordered to provide the following particulars to the employer no later than April 15, 2008:
- any and all particulars relating to alleged damages or losses that the grievors are claiming resulted from the addition of the "z" to their email accounts;
- any and all particulars relating to alleged damages or losses that the grievors are claiming resulted from their names being added to the Tracking Protocol.
