HEARING
June 26, 2007.
Decision
At the hearing on June 26, 2007, the parties discussed the exchange of information necessary to proceed on July 24, 2007 with the merits of the grievance before me. Pursuant to those discussions, it is the decision of the Board that the Employer provide to the Union the following:
Copies of all the unclassified contracts signed after June of 2005.
The two contracts preceding that date for Ms. Jean Bell and Ms. Joan Cutler.
Any documents dealing with the assignment of duties during the relevant time period to Mr. Dan Strey from the MPP unit to the Unit to which the grievor had been assigned.
Any documents that might exist relating to the offer to Ms. Shelley Robinson of the same job as the one the grievor had been performing.
Because of the Employer’s concerns about confidentiality, these documents are to be provided to Mr. Gilbert for his exclusive use during the proceedings and are to be returned to the Employer at the conclusion of the hearing.
