Decision

At our last day of hearing the parties made submissions regarding a preliminary matter. That decision has been issued under separate cover. At the conclusion of the hearing day the parties reviewed a request from the Union regarding disclosure of certain previously requested documents. I gave an oral ruling for certain documents to be disclosed with a proviso that the material disclosed would not be utilized by the Union or its representatives for any purpose other than for this matter.

I have reduced this order to writing as requested by the Employer.
