HEARING
April 27, 2007.
Decision
The Association requests production of materials relating to consultants engaged by the Government Services Delivery Cluster at the Ministry of Government Services. The employer resists producing two types of materials: (1) emails sent or received by the consultants, relating to their work for the Cluster, during the first thirty days of their engagement and the three months preceding March 16, 2007; and (2) documents relating to the FTE allotment for the Cluster from January 1, 2005 to date. The employer is directed to produce any such materials because they are arguably relevant to the issues raised by the grievance.
Dated at Toronto this 2nd day of May 2007
