April 24, 2006.

Interim Order

A number of grievances of Robert Samsone came before me for consideration on April 24, 2006. These eleven grievances were consolidated through the file review process.

After hearing the submissions of the parties, eight of the grievances were finalized either by settlement, withdrawal or as having been previously settled. The remaining three grievances are scheduled to be heard on July 24 and August 23, 2006. There are two more grievances which the union seeks to have consolidated. That request will be heard by teleconference on May 1, 2006.

The Board hereby orders that the union provide particulars of the three grievances now before me, being GSB 2004-2855, 2004-2857 and 2005-2476. Those particulars are to be provided on or before May 24, 2006.

The two grievances the union seeks to consolidate, GSB 2005-3698 and GSB 2005-3699, have been sufficiently particularized for the purposes of the consolidation request.
