HEARING
October 12, 2006.
Decision
On October 16, 2006, this Board issued a decision which gave the Union ten business days to provide an explanation for the grievor’s failure to attend the October 12, 2006 hearing and to show good cause why the grievance should not be dismissed. The decision stated: “If the Union does not provide the above explanation and or demonstrate good cause, this grievance will be dismissed by the Board.”
To date, no explanation has been received from the grievor or the Union. Accordingly, in conformity with the Board’s earlier decision, this grievance is dismissed.
Issued at Toronto this 9th day of November, 2006.
