Decision
This matter is currently scheduled to be heard before me on September 18, 2006. A dispute has arisen between the parties as a result of the employer’s request to adjourn and reschedule that date.
The parties are hereby directed to bring this matter to the Joint File Review meeting scheduled for Wednesday May 10, 2006 and to make their best efforts to reschedule it for a date reasonably proximate to September 18, 2006 either before me or before another Vice-Chair.
If they are unsuccessful in this effort, I will hold a hearing by teleconference to deal with the employer’s adjournment request and I may inquire as to which possible alternate dates were rejected and by which party.
The matter is referred to the Registrar to deal with at the Joint File Review meeting.
Dated at Toronto this 5th day of May 2006
