Decision
The parties were unable to resolve this case in mediation held on May 17, 2006. Accordingly, the matter will be heard as an expedited arbitration under the Med-Arb Protocol signed February 27, 2006. The grievance involves a two-day suspension arising from an allegation that the grievor entered incorrect information with respect to certain charges involving an inmate.
In preparation for the expedited arbitration hearing the employer is ordered to disclose the following material to the union as soon as possible, but no less than two weeks prior to the hearing:
The Activity Log for the inmate whose record were the subject of the discipline from the date of his admission to the date of his discharge.
A copy of the complete CISU report with respect to the investigation of the incident involving Ms. Riley-Kennedy, including the executive summary.
