Decision
Having heard the submissions of the parties, the employer is hereby ordered to pay to the grievor the sum of six thousand, two hundred, four dollars and seventy-eight cents ($6204.78), minus statutory deductions, in satisfaction of his outstanding vacation credits. The parties agree, and the Board concurs, that all outstanding issues regarding the implementation of the memorandum of settlement have been satisfied. Accordingly, the Board is functus officio in regards to this matter.
