HEARING

Decision
Mr. Brady filed three grievances on October 31, 2004, May 4, 2005 and August 28, 2005, claiming that he had been improperly denied overtime. The parties referred these grievances to mediation/arbitration in accordance with Article 22.16 of the Collective Agreement.
At the outset of the hearing the parties agreed that I had the jurisdiction to deal with these matters and they asked that I issue a decision without written reasons.
Having carefully considered the submissions of the parties, as well as the jurisprudence of the Board, I hereby dismiss the grievances.
