HEARING
March 30, 2006.
Decision
On May 6, 2002 Mr. Tim Gawrylash grieved that "as Acting TAP Coordinator since July 23, 2001, I have not been paid the proper rate of pay, nor have I been changed work schedules to 3-7 in accordance with the collective agreement for a Rehabilitation Officer and TAP Coordinator."
The parties referred this grievance to mediation/arbitration in accordance with article 22.16 of the collective agreement.
At the outset of the hearing, the parties agreed that I had the jurisdiction to deal with this matter and they asked that I issue a decision, without written reasons. Having carefully considered the submissions of the parties, as well as the jurisprudence of the board, I find that there is no merit to the grievance and it is therefore hereby dismissed.
