Decision
This decision relates to a group grievance dated July 22, 2002 wherein it is alleged that the employer was in contravention of article 79.1 of the collective agreement by taking too long to implement wage increases negotiated in the last round of bargaining.
The union has taken the position that it has no dispute with the employer in relation to the subject matter of the grievance.
In the circumstances, the grievance is hereby dismissed.
