HEARING

Decision
This decision relates to a group grievance dated March 23, 2000 wherein the grievors grieve that the employer had failed to apply to them the Oak Ridge salary note G24. They claim that they are entitled to the benefit of that salary note even though they do not work at Oak Ridge.
The union has taken the position that it has no dispute with the employer in relation to the subject matter of the grievance.
In the circumstances, the grievance is hereby dismissed.
