HEARING

January 4, 2006.

Decision

To ensure a fair and expeditious hearing in this matter, I direct as follows:

1. The employer shall allow the union access to the grievor’s personnel file.

2. By January 20, 2006 the union shall provide further particulars about the two grievances already before me and particulars about the five additional grievances that the union seeks to consolidate with this matter.

3. By February 3, 2006, the employer shall respond to the union’s request for consolidation.

4. By April 12, 2006, the employer shall notify the union of any preliminary objections.
