Decision

At the hearing on May 6, 2005, concerning the discharge and other grievances filed by Ms. Kim Attridge, counsel addressed an issue about the disclosure of documentation which records the medication dispensed to a particular inmate. There is no dispute that the documents requested by the Union are arguably relevant. At the hearing, I directed the Employer to provide the requested documents to counsel for the Union. The documents are to be used only for purposes related to this hearing.
