Decision

The employer shall within thirty days:

1. provide to the union all documents in its possession upon which it relied in terminating the grievor’s employment including, but not limited to:

• copies of all written complaints about the grievor
• notes of interview with complainants
• written summaries of interviews conducted by the investigator
• complete investigator’s report

2. provide to the union written particulars of the facts upon which it relies to establish just cause for dismissing the grievor.
