Decision
The employer shall within thirty days:
- provide to the union all documents in its possession upon which it relied in terminating the grievor’s employment including, but not limited to:
- copies of all written complaints about the grievor
- notes of interview with complainants
- written summaries of interviews conducted by the investigator
- complete investigator’s report
- provide to the union written particulars of the facts upon which it relies to establish just cause for dismissing the grievor.
