HEARING

January 12, 2005.

Decision

The parties referred this grievance to mediation/arbitration in accordance with Article 22.16 of the Collective Agreement. The grievance dated January 02, 2003 involves an issue regarding pay. The grievors seek compensation and letters to be issued to the banks of the affected employees.

At the outset of the hearing, the parties agreed that I exercise my jurisdiction to decide this matter without prejudice and without precedent, and further requested that I issue a decision, without reasons.

Having carefully considered the evidence presented, and the submissions of the parties, I hereby dismiss the grievance.
