HEARING
February 23, 2005.
Decision
At the hearing into this matter on February 23, 2005, the Employer asked for an order that the Union provide them with the particulars of the allegations of discrimination, including who did what to whom, when and where it was done and how it was done. Specifically the Employer asked that the Union be ordered to give the Employer any medical documents it intends to rely on in support of its allegations.
There was no dispute that these particulars are arguably relevant and the Union is directed to provide them to the Employer in advance of the next hearing day.
Dated this 7^th^ day of March, 2005.
