Decision

In accordance with my decision dated September 27, 2004 (GSB#2002-0163), the local parties at Maplehurst Complex attempted to resolve the schedule issue but were unsuccessful in their negotiations. Therefore, I order that the MERC Implementation Committee meet as soon as is practicable to attempt to resolve the outstanding scheduling issue at the Maplehurst Complex. I will continue to remain seized in the event that the MERC Implementation Committee fails to resolve the matter.
