HEARING
March 15, 2005.
Decision
On December 23, 1999, the parties at the North Bay Psychiatric Hospital reached an agreement in a province-wide grievance respecting various classification issues. As part of that agreement, the union undertook to obtain the withdrawal of all conversion claims made under the grievance for North Bay Psychiatric Hospital employees for which there had been no apparent violation of the collective agreement as of February 29, 2000. Since the union has been unable to secure withdrawals in all cases, the parties have requested I issue an order dismissing all such claims. As a result, I hereby find that all conversion claims under this grievance for employees at the North Bay Psychiatric Hospital for which there had been no apparent violation of the collective agreement by February 29, 2000 are dismissed.
Dated at Toronto, this 15^th^ day of April, 2005.
