HEARING

January 20, 2005.

Decision

At a hearing on January 20, 2005, the parties addressed a number of matters relating to the placement of Mr. Hyland at the Brookside Youth Centre (“Brookside”). Having regard to the positions of the parties with respect to Mr. Hyland’s qualifications for the position of Youth Services Officer, I hereby direct that Mr. Hyland shall attend MSA training commencing at 0700 on January 24^th, 2005, at Brookside. Upon the successful completion of the aforementioned training, Mr. Hyland will commence the duties of a Youth Services Officer at Brookside on that day, starting with two weeks of orientation. I will remain seized of this matter should any implementation issues arise.
